Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy
"Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy with Śraddhā is not a class or a chore or a prayer. It is a beautiful journey into the less travelled corners of your soul, and it brings you one moment closer to the heartbeat of the world."

What is Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy?
Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy places health and balance at the center of self-care by personalizing yoga and mindfulness practices to the needs of the individual. Ayurveda (Sanskrit for the “Science of Life”) teaches that each person has a unique physiology with tendencies that lead toward imbalances. Through a proper lifestyle that counterbalances these tendencies, imbalances will not manifest, and a person remains healthy. If a person is already out of balance, physically or emotionally, lifestyle is the means through which normal physiology is restored.
An Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist ascertains your constitution and creates a unique lifestyle plan personalized to you and your goals. Your plan will include lifestyle recommendations based on your constitution and personalized yoga and mindfulness practices designed to restore balance and harmony.
Once your unique lifestyle plan is created, you receive at-home resources including your personal dietary and lifestyle recommendations, guided meditation recordings, and yoga therapy postures. At the beginning of each session, your therapist checks in with you on how your plan is going and tweaks it as necessary. Your lifestyle plan evolves with you.
Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy can be used to address most any imbalance, from post-surgical rehabilitation to support around grief and loss. Its healing tools meet the full scope of the human condition.
How Do Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Sessions Work?
-
Your first session is a 90-minute consultation
-
If it is a good fit, your purchase of a 5- or 10-session series promotes long term lifestyle change and reserves a standing weekly appointment time for you. Sessions are 75 minutes.
-
During your session, Śraddhā will draw upon a constellation of time-honored practices personalized to your needs and goals, including customized yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditations, visualizations, mantra, mindfulness tools for self-compassion & gratitude, aromatherapy and energy medicine.
Please note that at this time, all in-studio clients are required to be fully vaccinated, boosted, and symptom-free. Working together online is a good alternative, if necessary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please download, complete, and email back your Personal History Form at least 24 hours before your scheduled Consultation to itsallgrace@sarvala.com.

"I want to share that my experience was just amazing. I am out-of-shape, inflexible, and generally a stressed out human and that class was a full hour of peace and joy in my body that changed the rest of my day. Śraddhā is a fantastic instructor and was so kind and warm and knowledgeable that I came right home and signed up for another class."
