Wellbeing @ Work

"That half hour is a lifesaver - for 30 minutes, with a minimum of effort, you can disengage from the world and set your feet back on the ground."

All classes are 30 minutes, online.

Mindfulness meditation classes are offered on a monthly, weekly, or semi-weekly basis at a regular standing time.

Classes are recorded and distributed for employees’ personal use. There is no limit to class size.

All classes are offered over Zoom; other platforms can be discussed if necessary.

Alexa Young, Washington DC

"Classes are not too long and very effective."
